Please be advised that amenities can be shut down by the Strata/Management or local government for any reason, at any time, without our prior knowledge.

Please do NOT walk with shoes inside the condo and do NOT slam doors. Thank you!

As the strata is running a maintenance on the entire building, we ask that the guests do not walk on the balconies. Due to strata maintenance, windows and patio doors have to stay closed between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. After 4:30 p.m., windows and patio doors can be open until 8 a.m. the next day. Windows can stay open all the time during the weekends. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause!

The laundry room is for the use of the owner, however, it is available upon request. The things inside the laundry room are for the sole use of the owner.
