Purchased by the Chisholm family in 1839, the estate features the homestead dating back to 1836 and extensive gardens – reflecting William and Jane Chisholm’s passion for horticulture – including a vegetable garden, orchard, grapevines, camellias, radiata and bunya pines descended from cuttings gifted by Sir William Macarthur of Camden Park.
