A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee plunger, large fridge-freezer, and all cooking essentials. Relax in the lounge with a comfy sofa, wall-mounted TV, and a dining table for shared meals. Step outside to your own outdoor space with a bar leaner, stools, and two lounge chairs – great for soaking up the sun.

🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1 (Second Floor): Queen bed with private ensuite, including toilet and rain shower.
Bedroom 2 (Third Floor): Queen bed, park views, lots of natural light, and a large wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 (Third Floor): Two single beds with a spacious wardrobe – perfect for kids or extra guests.

Ensuite in Bedroom 1 with a rain shower
Full bathroom on the third floor
Laundry room with a laundry basin (please note: no washing machine or dryer)
There is a brand new laundromat (paid) just steps away.


🚗 Parking & Storage
Private garage with space for your jetski, boat, or beach gear. Additional onsite parking available

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy during your stay. Stretch out on the sunny deck, make yourself at home in the spacious living areas, and store your beach toys or gear in the private garage.

You’re welcome to park one vehicle in the garage and another directly outside the apartment. Need more space? There’s an additional shared parking area available for extra vehicles.
