Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro`s website).
House Rules:

→ Quiet hours after 10 PM (city ordinance)

→ Pets: Up to 2 small dogs (35 lbs or less). $85 pet fee with 48+ hrs notice, $105 if less. Must be crated when alone, off furniture, and not left outside. No cats.
→ Cleanliness: The cleaning fee covers a professional cleaning before your stay. We simply ask that you dispose of trash, return items to where you found them, and leave the space reasonably tidy.
→ Minimum age requirement is 25
→ Check-out is at 11 AM. Departures after this time without prior approval will incur a full additional night`s charge.
→ A digital House Manual will be emailed to you a few days before your stay. It includes check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, appliance info, and more.
