Thoughtfully redesigned throughout, the residence features designer furnishings, modern finishes, and a bright, open layout that creates a refined yet comfortable retreat.

The spacious primary suite includes a king bed, private lanai access, and peaceful views of the golf course and lake. The luxurious en suite bathroom features a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, dual sinks, and dual mirrors, creating a spa-like experience. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and a side window with a lush subtropical view, while the third bedroom features a queen bed and convenient access to the second full bathroom, which includes a glass-enclosed shower and is shared with the second bedroom.



The open living and dining spaces are designed for gathering and relaxation, with indoor dining for 4 in the breakfast nook and informal dining at the kitchen counrt for an additional 4 people. Step outside to the private lanai with seating for four, where you can enjoy tranquil golf course views while dining or unwinding in the warm Southwest Florida breeze.
