➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.
➤ This building has a registration process. I'll need all guest's photo ID and other registration details in order to register. This information needs to be provided at least 24 hours before your stay.

• The unit is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, controlled by a Nest thermostat inside the suite.
• As this is a short-term rental with frequent guest turnover, occasional maintenance or repairs may be required. While we address issues as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of all systems at all times.
• We’re unable to offer bag drop-off or luggage storage. If you arrive early or have a late departure, you may use services such as Radical Storage to find nearby luggage storage options for a fee.
• Mail and package deliveries are not permitted. We are unable to accept, store, or be responsible for any mail or packages delivered to the unit. This accommodation is for temporary stays only and does not establish tenancy.

Smoking & Vaping Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the balcony, or anywhere on the property. A $400 fee will apply for smoke or odor remediation.
Noise & Disturbances Please be respectful of noise at all times, especially after 9:00 PM. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in charges, cancellation of the stay, and removal from the property without refund.
Guests & Occupancy No additional guests are permitted beyond the number listed on your reservation. Parties, gatherings, and third-party bookings are strictly prohibited.
Cleanliness & Care The property must be left in good condition. Excessive mess, spills, or stains may result in additional cleaning fees. This includes the use of any common/shared areas in the building. You must clean up after yourself if you choose to use any of the building amenities.
Check-Out & Keys Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys must be returned as instructed. Late check-outs without prior approval may result in a $50 charge per additional 30 minutes, subject to availability.
Guest Verification All bookings require the primary guest’s photo ID and the full names of all guests aged 18+, provided before arrival.
Keys & Fobs Lost, damaged, or unreturned keys or fobs will result in a $500 replacement fee to cover parts, labour, and administrative costs.
Damage Reporting Please report any damage or issues immediately so we can address them promptly.
Mail & Packages Mail and package deliveries are not permitted. This accommodation is for temporary stays only and does not establish tenancy.
Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges or cancellation of the stay without refund.
