Exclusive Luxury Villa in the Marlborough Sounds, New Zealand

This exclusive villa is located in the Marlborough Sounds, New Zealand and can accommodate two guests. The guest suite has private access to the main house, allowing guests to choose the level of privacy or interaction at their discretion. The open-plan suite features a king-size bed dressed with decadent linens and a large wardrobe. In the large private ensuite bathroom, guests will find a rain shower, a bathtub, bathrobes, and heated floors. The suite is serviced daily and with evening turndown.



The living area features a sofa, a plasma TV, Sky TV, Netflix, Apple TV, and an iPod dock with an iPod. In the suite, guests will find a Nespresso machine, coffee, and tea making facilities. There is a fully stocked fridge with complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and there are snacks and handmade chocolates. Other amenities include WiFi, a washer and dryer, and an iron and ironing board. There is a fully equipped on-site gymnasium with an iPod Dock and an Apple TV. Staffing is available 24/7 for guests´ every whim.



Outside the panoramic glass doors, guests will find a spacious deck with sitting areas, lounge chairs, heaters, and a private hot tub. The deck overlooks native bush and water. Guests can enjoy spectacular views of the Queen Charlotte Sound all year-round while soaking in the hot tub.
