Nestled in the beautiful, rolling countryside and 10 minutes from Kerikeri on New Zealandâs North Island, this idyllic lodge overlooks stunning views and is an ideal base to explore the beautiful Bay of Islands. The property is within easy reach of historic Russell and Waitangi, Paihia water sports, The Twin Coasts and Waitangi Cycleways, Puketi Forest nature trails, and magical beaches. Further afield, guests can take a day to explore spiritual Cape Reinga, the Hokianga Harbour, or see the giant Kauri trees in Waipoua Forest. There are two suites in the lodge, each of which boasts tasteful decor with all the comforts of home and little extra touches to welcome guests. This particular accommodation is the two-bedroom suite, which comes with large, comfortable super king-size beds. (These can also be configured as four single beds.) All beds are outfitted with crisp Egyptian cotton sheets to ensure guests melt away into a peaceful slumber after a days sightseeing. This suite has a private entrance and a patio overlooking expansive views of the countryside towards Kerikeri Inlet and the Cape Brett Islands. In the bathrooms, guests will find soft, thirsty towels, fluffy bathrobes, and complimentary toiletries.
Both suites have living rooms with comfortable sofas and armchairs and a flat-screen television with Blu-ray/DVD players, satellite channels, and music systems with iPod docking. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Each suite is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and plates and cutlery for self-catering. A barbecue is available free of charge for guests, but for guests who donât want to self-cater or dine out, they can try the property's barbecue platter, complete with salads and dessert, for an additional fee.

Glampers can pack light, as there are laundry facilities located on the property. There is Wi-Fi throughout so guests can keep in touch with loved ones back home or stay up-to-date on their emails. For entertainment, each rental has a flat-screen TV complete with a Blu-ray/DVD player, along with a music system with an iPod dock. Additionally, guests will find a wide array of CDs and DVDs in each accommodation. Each suite also features coffee/tea making facilities.
