The holiday rental can comfortably accommodate eight guests, in lavish living spaces adorned with high ceilings and surrounded by lush greenery and serene pool.

Feel at home while basking in the splendour of Route 86 Bright, each space beautifully adorned to match every guest's high standards. Indulge in modern luxuries starting from our fully-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, a microwave oven, electric induction cooktop, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. Get yourself comfortable in the lounge, flaunting plush and stylish furniture, a large 85"' smart TV and split system heating and cooling for those cozy, lazy afternoons. Don't forget the three modern bathrooms, which include a hairdryer, shower, and essential toiletries.

All quality linen and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own towels for the river or pool.

Rates AND Guests: Base rate includes up to 4 guests. Extra charges apply for additional guests per night.

Swimming Pool:
Swimming pool is not heated. Bright Escapes is not held response for weather conditions, and the state of the pool due to weather. The pool is serviced on a regular 10 day maintenance cycle. it is unrealistic to expect unplanned additional maintenance outside of this scheduled cycle.

Parking:
Driveway parking for 2-3 vehicles. Additional cars must be parked on the street.

PET Policy
Pets are not permitted at this property.

Wifi:
Wi-Fi is available; however, service is dependent on the network provider and cannot be guaranteed. Bright Escapes is not responsible for outages or connectivity issues.

This property was exceptional. Wonderful house in a great location and close proximity to the bike park but also an easy walk/ride into town.The house was in fantastic condition, beds were comfortable and it was unbelievably clean.Communication was great start to finish as well.Will definitely be staying again!
