PARKING

Free all-day street parking is available uphill from the building on Watt Street and beyond.

Always check street signs, as some spaces are for emergency vehicles only.

Downhill street parking is metered:

• Weekdays: 9 AM – 5 PM

• Saturdays: 9 AM – 12 PM

• Sundays, public holidays & outside these times: Free

Alternatively, Hunter Parking & Storage is one street over on Bolton Street and car spaces can be reserved on their website. The link will be shared in your confirmation message at booking.



STRICTLY NO PARTY GUESTS

No noise is permitted between 10 PM and 9 AM, and noise consideration is required at all other times. Parties, events, loud gatherings, binge drinking, smoking, and recreational drug use are strictly prohibited.

If you're visiting Newcastle to party, please cancel your reservation. Our properties are located in residential buildings, and we wish you a great time somewhere more suitable—like a hotel.

Breaching this policy will result in immediate eviction without refund.
