Relax at our bright and cozy 3-bedroom Lake Huron cottage in Southampton, Ontario.

Just a short walk to the sandy beach and Gerry’s famous fries, it’s perfect for family getaways.

Two bedrooms have queen beds, plus a bunk room with an extra single. Enjoy sunset walks along Lake Huron, BBQ dinners on the back deck, mornings on the front porch, and evenings around the firepit. Parking for three cars and an easy walk to town shops and restaurants.

THE SPACE
Our bright and casual 3-bedroom cottage in Southampton, Ontario offers a relaxed Lake Huron getaway, just a short walk to the sandy beach and the famous fries at Gerry’s.

When you enter the cottage, you’ll find a cozy family/TV room with two large sofa chairs, a pull-out sofa bed, and a fireplace. Some guests use this space as an additional sleeping area. From this room you can access the back door and laundry room area.

The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. Just beyond the kitchen is a large, bright living and dining space with a comfortable sofa, lounge chair, additional seating, and a large window seat perfect for relaxing with a book.

The cottage has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature queen beds and closets. The third bedroom has a bunk bed plus a single bed, with under-bed storage and a clothing rack. There is one compact bathroom with a tub and shower.

Outdoor living is part of the cottage experience. The back deck has two outdoor dining tables with space for large family meals, plus a BBQ. The front yard features a firepit with chairs that can be arranged for evening fires. There is also a front porch for morning coffee. The backyard has trees that provide a sense of privacy.

For beach days, guests can use our beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach wagon. Ceiling fans help keep the main bedrooms and living area comfortable during the summer.

Parking is available for up to three cars.

The cottage is about a 6-minute walk to the sandy shores of Lake Huron and about a 20-minute walk to the shops and restaurants in downtown Southampton.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire cottage during their stay, including the front porch, back deck, and yard. The outdoor spaces include a BBQ, outdoor dining tables on the back deck, and a firepit in the front yard where chairs can be arranged for evening fires.

Guests are also welcome to use the beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach wagon for trips to the nearby sandy beach on Lake Huron.

Parking is available on the property for up to three vehicles, with additional space along the side if needed.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This is a simple, bright cottage designed for relaxed beach living rather than luxury accommodations.

The cottage does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are located in the two main bedrooms and living area, and a portable fan is available for the bunk room.

There is one compact bathroom with a tub and shower.

Pillows and comforters/duvets are provided. Guests are asked to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, and bath/beach towels. The cottage has two queen beds, one bunk bed with an additional single bed, and a pull-out sofa bed.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, including children.

The cottage is a short walk to the sandy beaches of Lake Huron and about a 20-minute walk to the shops and restaurants in Southampton, Ontario.
