If a party or loud gathering is taking place, security will notify us, and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Important: If your intention is to host any form of party or large gathering, we strongly advise not booking this unit, as violations will result in immediate eviction and fines.
This condo is intended for quiet enjoyment and respectful living.

Street parking is available and free from 5:30 PM to 8:30 AM on weekdays.
On Saturdays, the first two hours of street parking are free.
Street parking is free all day on Sundays and remains free until 8:30 AM on Monday.
For added convenience, there is an attached parkade to the building. It is secure and available at the guest’s expense.
