Guests have access to the entire house and backyard.

**Access is locked and/or prohibited to the crawl space, attic space and inventory closet located in the primary bathroom. Any tampering with such locks/doors/areas will incur a damage fee.

**Access to the property is subject to electronically signing a vacation rental agreement upon booking. We require the agreement be completed within 24-48hrs of receipt or prior to arrival at property (whichever one comes sooner)

**We provide "starter" supplies during your stay for items such as paper towels/toilet paper/dishwashing pods/toiletries/detergent, etc. For longer stays, guests are responsible for obtaining refills for items they need during their stay.
