Designed to make the most of its elevated position, the upper level is the heart of the home. With an open-plan living space, where the kitchen, dining, and lounge flow together and open out to a balcony that captures glimpses of the lake and surrounding landscape. It’s an easy space to settle into whether you’re enjoying a slow morning coffee, preparing dinner after a day exploring, or unwinding in the evening with family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances and everything needed for comfortable longer stays or relaxed holiday meals.

Upstairs also features the spacious master bedroom, a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom creates a semi-ensuite feel while remaining accessible from the living area. For those mixing work with leisure, a dedicated office provides a practical workspace, making remote work both comfortable and productive.

Downstairs, two additional bedrooms provide welcoming accommodation for family or friends, serviced by a second Jack-and-Jill bathroom finished to the same modern standard. The layout offers flexibility and separation, making it ideal for families with older children, or small groups.

A standout feature of the home is the private backyard gate, which opens directly onto the walkway. From here, it’s an easy stroll to the water’s edge and along the scenic walking and cycling tracks that hug the shoreline. Morning walks, evening sunsets, or a quick lakeside reset are all right at your doorstep.

For guests with mobility considerations, the property is equipped with a stair chair lift to assist between levels. This is available strictly by prior request and may require a bond. When not arranged in advance, the stair chair remains securely locked. If this feature is important for your stay, please enquire before booking so we can confirm suitability and ensure everything is set up correctly for your arrival.

The home has three bedrooms offering the following bedding configurations and two bathrooms.
• Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed
• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed (Downstairs)
• Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds (Downstairs)

As a brand-new build, the home feels fresh and modern. Guests enjoy full access to the entire property, including the private backyard and off-street parking.

Teti Tranquillity offers easy, contemporary lake living in Taupo, practical, comfortable, and positioned to make the most of everything the lake lifestyle has to offer.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
