Summary:

Escape to a spacious gated La Quinta retreat featuring approximately 2,900 sq ft of living space, 4 bedrooms (including an attached casita with private entrance), 3.5 bathrooms, and a private pool and spa. Designed for comfort and privacy, this desert home offers open-concept living, multiple dining areas, and a fully walled backyard ideal for relaxing under the sun. Perfect for families, golf groups, and extended stays.



Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking.

For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.

The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.

Pets: No pets allowed.

Guest Bedrooms:

Attached Casita:

The casita is connected to the main house through the interior but also offers a separate private entrance from the front of the home. This setup provides flexibility and added privacy while still being fully integrated into the property.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the prestigious Rancho Santana gated enclave of South La Quinta, this home is part of a quiet and well-established residential community known for its privacy, mature landscaping, and outdoor lifestyle. Rancho Santana features walking, biking, and hiking trails, community parks, putting greens, and a playground — all just minutes from Old Town La Quinta and the Empire Polo Grounds.

Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

HOA 30 day rental requirement. When exiting the community the gate at the main gate opens toward you. Don’t pull too close.
