Summary:

Skyline Haven is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom elevated studio located a short 2 minute walk from the town centre. The unit offers lake and mountain views, air conditioning, an indoor fireplace, on site parking, and a private balcony with an electric grill / air fryer.



The Space:

This studio includes a queen bed positioned near sliding doors that open to a private balcony with views of Lake Tekapo and the surrounding mountains.



The living area includes seating, air conditioning, and an indoor fireplace for additional warmth during cooler months.



The kitchenette includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, mini fridge, and sink. It is designed for basic cooking only. An electric grill / air fryer is available on the balcony for additional meal preparation. There is no full stovetop inside.



The bathroom includes a walk in shower, vanity, and toilet.



On site parking is provided.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to all the amenities and spaces within the property.



The Neighborhood:

Located along Tekapo Twizel Road, the property is within walking distance of Lake Tekapo township. Cafés, restaurants, shops, and local services are just a short 2 minute walk away. The lakefront, walking paths, and town amenities are easily accessible on foot.

The town centre is approximately a 2 minute walk from the property, where you’ll find cafés, restaurants, shops, and the lakefront. Lake Tekapo itself is within easy walking distance.



Public transport

The nearest bus stop is around a 5 minute walk away and connects to surrounding towns including.



Driving

On site parking is available for guests. Tekapo is compact and easy to navigate by car, with popular attractions such as the Church of the Good Shepherd, Mt John Observatory, and walking tracks all within a short drive.



Cycling and walking paths

There are nearby walking and cycling paths along the lakefront and around the township.
