Beautiful home!!! Kitchen was spacious with plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, and silverware! It had everything you could want in the kitchen. We did not use the grill by choice. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were great! Large refrigerator was nice. Plenty of seating. The dock was great and it was so nice to be able to pull our boat into the lift area. The screened in porch was nice but one of the doors needed some attention. The house was close to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. Nice place!

Perfect Getaway!

The perfect venue for a great week away. The hosts were very easy to work with, the property was exactly what we needed and as advertised. 11 of us fit very comfortably and could just relax. Thanks for a great trip!

We loved the house and had a wonderful time despite a very rainy week! The house was tastefully decorated and well kept and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The views were beautiful out of the big windows and the yard was large, private and gently sloping (almost flat)! We thoroughly enjoyed the porches since we had a lot of rain during our stay. The lake location and dock were perfect for our family and large mouth bass were easy to catch right off the dock and in the cove. It was a big plus to have kayaks, paddle boards and other floats for our use. We had a couple of small issues/questions during our stay that were immediately addressed by our host. The only complaint we had was with the grill-we went to cook hamburgers and it was rusty and had no propane. We didn't contact the host as it was late in the day.

Beautiful, great location!

I stayed here with my family for our annual summer vacation and I’m so glad we chose this property! The house itself was beautiful and had a great piece of property on the lake. Being able to use the boat lift was awesome, and we had lots of dock room for other water toys. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Awesome stay!

House was beautiful, clean, well stocked, kid friendly. Short walk across grass to boathouse and lake, full of life jackets, floats, everything you could need for a fun water day. Owners were easy to contact and responsive. Would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful lakefront house vacation!

This is a beautiful home located in a great spot on the lake. It is a short walk across the backyard to the water and the nice two level dock with both sun and shade. They have plenty of water toys and chairs, and a lift if you bring your boat. The house was spacious with a well-stocked kitchen and nice bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved staying here!

Immaculate house on an amazing lot. Perfect for our 2 family group of 9 with a teenager. All the nature you are looking for in this cool mid lake cove. Also no bridges to worry about maneuvering your boat through.

Relaxing Family Retreat

Great view and location on the lake. The home was very accommodating and very well stocked. The owners not only opened their beautiful home to us but also provided us with outdoor equipment ie: kayaks, paddleboards and cornhole that made for a relaxing and fun week. If you can't relax and have fun at this home you're not doing it correct!!

Relaxing Sunrise Views

We met family here for a mini-reunion and had a wonderful and relaxing weekend. The lake is beautiful, the house is very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you might need. FYI - if you have a bigger boat the neighborhood boat ramp might not work for you, but the closest marina is only a $5 ramp fee.

Perfect Lake Vacation

The house and property were beautiful, immaculate and well stocked. It met all our expectations and so much more. The dock was perfect; we were able to have our jet ski with no issues. The owners were gracious enough to let us use their kayaks, paddle boards and life jackets. They really did think of everything to make our vacation as perfect as it can be. My children and grandchildren had the time of their lives. We would definitely stay here again in the future :)

Just WOW!

By far the best vacation weve ever had!!! The house was perfect, the location even better. Family of 11 had no issues. Mark and Bradi were awesome. The only problem was that we didnt stay long enough. We will be booking again for sure.

Lake getaway

We stayed in the lake house for a week with our 5 children and their grandparents and had the best time. The house was clean and beautiful and well stocked. The dock was perfect and the boathouse was stocked with floats, kayaks, and paddle boards which was greatly appreciated. We spent many hours in the lake or fishing off the dock and the kids really enjoyed themselves. Many great memories made. And the owners were quick to respond with any questions I had.

Beautiful home

It was our first time at Lake Gaston & we absolutely loved it. The home was beautiful, clean & perfect for fishing. We kayaked, SUP & played lots of corn hole. The backyard was spacious & plenty of room for the kids to play. The swing was also a hit with our bunch. Thanks for memories! We will definitely be back.

Amazing stay at a great property

First time at Lake Gaston and everyone was impressed with the lake and property. House was beautifully decorated, well-equipped and clean. Plenty of room for seven adults and three kids. Spent majority of time on the lake or at the boat house using kayak, paddle boards or swimming and fishing off the dock. Beds were a bit small if used to king size mattress but adequate and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and utensils. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend Lake Gaston and this property.

Epic Lake Vacation

I was so excited that I finally won the battle: lake or a beach ? And now the answer is clear. Lake it is. This lake vacation was awesome. The house is absolutely beautiful. The views from the house are amazing. Everything you need to have fun at the water is there. We loved it and everyone was sad to leave. House is very spacious and everyone was very comfortable. Bradi was really responsive and provided all information I needed. I would highly recommend this place for your next family vacation. Thank you!

Beautiful East facing house. Dock was plenty big for all of us and fishing was great. My daughter caught a 18"ish catfish! We rented a boat and being able to use the list was perfect. Had everything we needed for our stay.

From the beach to the lake!

We have always been beach goers but wanted to try something different this year and we’re so glad we did! Heading to Lake Gaston was completely new for us, but the provided welcome packet was detailed and well-organized which eliminated all guess work! The home was clean, stocked, and the furniture was so comfortable. The included linens and bath towels made for one less thing to worry about, and the Roku TVs throughout made it easy to entertain the little ones when necessary. We loved the yard and play area and were thrilled with the convenience of walking down to the dock and spending our day in the water. It was wonderful not having to set up and break down our belongings each day like at the beach. The location on the lake was also amazing. We noticed some houses were nestled far back in the cove and imagined that being more difficult to swim out and play. We have two young daughters (5.5 & 2.5) and this made water play enjoyable for all of us! We can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return next summer.

Amazing, memorable vacation!

We made some great memories with our family and best friends on this vacation. The house is gorgeous and so comfortable. We cooked every night in the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed taking our boat out and relaxing and swimming just steps from the back door. The lake was so quiet and peaceful. The owners were friendly, attentive and responsive. We will definitely come back, and will highly recommend this wonderful place to our family and friends!

Perfect Lake House

This house has everything you need for a great vacation! It's super clean. The beds were very comfortable. The instant hot water was amazing after coming in to get cleaned up after a day outside. It's location is great. It's in a beautiful wide part of the lake which was ideal when paddle boarding, jet skiing, wake boarding or any activities. The host was very responsive, always answering my emails, most times within 30 minutes. I highly recommend staying at this house!
