The Space:

Room 312 was designed with you in mind, making it the perfect home base for your next trip to Daytona Beach! Some special features include a large flat screen TV, all new furniture, a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee supplies, and a designated sitting area for you to enjoy the partial water views.



The kitchen includes a mini fridge, microwave, plug-in stove top and plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware for you to cook yourself a meal if you so choose.



Need to get some work done while on your vacay? Make use of the designated work space, equipped with lighting and a power strip.



Guest Access:

Our self-check-in process makes accessing your room a breeze! Our guests will receive a personal smart-lock code included in their arrival instructions.

The Neighborhood:

As its name suggests, Oceanside Inn sits directly on the Atlantic Ocean in Daytona Beach and is just a short drive to tons of fun activities, popular bars and delicious beach-themed restaurants.



Getting Around:

Yes, you are allowed to drive your car on the beach in Daytona! There are several vehicle access points along the Atlantic Avenue the closest being about 1 mile away from the condo complex. The best way to get around town would be by car, however, Uber and Lyft is readily available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

- This property is not pet friendly. Guests who bring a pet will be forced to leave with no refund.

- Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 fine.

- Parking is $10/day per vehicle paid at the front desk

- To access the unit, guests will receive a 6-digit code.

- There is a poolside bar & cafe on-site! Cool Breeze Tiki Bar is open Thursday - Monday 11 AM until 7 PM.

- There is no balcony for this unit, there is however an ocean view visible from the windows in the unit.

- PLEASE NOTE PRIOR TO BOOKING - The HOA is in the process of renovating the common area hallways, we do not have any part in this as it is managed by the building so please be aware we cannot control the state of any common areas in the building prior to booking your stay with us.
