The Space

Upstairs features three bedrooms and a bathroom complete with a tub. The main bedroom offers a king bed, while the other two bedrooms each include a queen bed, all light-filled and designed for comfort.

Downstairs offers a private queen studio retreat with a separate lounge area and additional

bathroom – ideal for grandparents, couples or guests wanting extra privacy.

The kitchen is fully equipped for effortless holiday cooking, flowing into the living areas and out

to the standout entertaining zone.

Outside is where this home truly shines – a generous setup designed for afternoons that roll into

evenings, BBQ, outdoor lounge, 10-seater dining table

and mini fridge. The yard is fully fenced and pet friendly.

• No Parties or Events – Our homes are for family holidays and peaceful getaways only. Parties, functions and commercial events are not permitted without prior written approval.

• Guest Numbers & Noise – Only registered guests may stay. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am.

• Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited.

• Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately and leave it tidy upon departure.

• Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.
