Fully renovated and remodeled lake view home. This 2 bedroom and 2 full baths home boasts a spacious kitchen, large decks, beautiful great room and large yard for relaxing or playing in. Convenient location to enjoy Geneva's amazing Wine Country, the local State Parks and the rich historical downtown of Geneva and Lake Erie. This home sleeps 6 comfortably with a Full bed in the front room, a Queen Master bedroom in the back with a walk out small deck and access to the back yard and garage, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room and offers family fun and beautiful views of Lake Erie.

Nice location

Cute little house not far from the main strip in Geneva-on-the-Lake. Great driveway so you don't have to back out on the main road.

Geneva Cottage

Comfortable bed, plenty of linens ,hot water and room for our luggage and toiletries. Only negative is an uncomfortable couch.

Comfortable

We enjoyed the updated vacation house. The beds were comfortable and clean. There was split firewood for the fire pit that felt nice during the evening. The owner Pete was always helpful and even let us use the garage! Thanks so much Pete for a wonderful stay!!

Great house

House was very nice , close to wineries and GOTL. Had a great time, will definitely try to stay there again. Loved the kitchen. Having access to garage definitely a plus. Only suggestion I have , is maybe consider putting small TVs in bedrooms🙂

Beautiful Lake House

The house was beautifully decorated, very well maintained, and extremely comfortable with great amenities both indoors and outdoors. The property is so close to all that Geneva on the Lake has to offer while at the same time serving as a quiet and peaceful retreat. It was the exact balance between activities and rest that we were hoping for. The owner was responsive and gracious in all interactions.

Awesome weekend getaway spot!

We booked Pete's lake house for a memorial day weekend getaway. The place exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and we had access to every amenity we could possibly need. We grilled out one of the nights and enjoyed lots of time on the patio. There is also lots of parking, which is great if you have multiple cars. Check in was easy and Pete was very accessible if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend his place to friends and family visiting Geneva on the Lake in the future.

Great Space!

My wife and I had a family get together (with my sister) over the Thanksgiving holiday! The home was perfect in terms of everything we were looking for - fireplace, all of the necessities for cooking Thanksgiving dinner, football on the big screen, and a great outdoors that we weren't able to use too much due to weather. Spacious and enjoyed the view of Lake Erie! Very clean and updated property. Appreciated the small things like having seasoned firewood available - and Pete was great at communication.

Clean and comfortable

Paul is quick and responsive to communication. The house is very clean (maybe the cleanest VRBO I have stayed in). Enjoyed being able to park in the garage during the frigid snowy weekend! The floors are a little chilly, but it was a very cold weekend and the space heaters definitely helped. We were comfortable. My only suggestion is that the bath mats, bed linens and towels could use an update- they were a little stained and old/rough. Overall, we would stay here again...hopefully during a warmer season!

Nice house, very near "The Strip"

Very nice very clean, very comfortable house. A perfect three or four minute drive to the strip. Just far enough to be away from the noise and craziness! Ownerr was in phone contact as soon as we arrived and gave his number if we should need him. We have a small dog in the yard was very nice for her "walks". Plenty of outdoor lighting for the dogs night time "walks"! Highly recommend this property for a stay at GOTL.

Perfect little getaway!

Fantastic 2 bedroom cottage! Fresh and newly renovated. All the creature comforts were available to us as we needed them. It has great charm with a real fireplace and comfortable furniture to loung on. Right in the heart of wine country directly across the street from Lake Erie. A two minute drive from the heart of Geneva on the Lake strip. The owner seems to have thought of everything to make your stay as relaxing as possible! We will plan to stay here many more times in the future!

Anniversary getaway

Me and the Mrs got away for our 10year anniversary. It was our first to to Geneva on the lake and it surpassed our expectations. Even though it was off season there still things to do. Pete and his wife were at the hous doing some work on the cabinets and we had the pleasure of meeting them both. They were so helpful getting us situated. We will return again.
