The Space:

Slip into holiday mode in this laid-back coastal retreat, perfectly positioned just an easy stroll to the river and local shops. Privately set at the rear with its own driveway and separate access, you can park the car, unpack, and unwind.



Inside the main house, the open plan kitchen, living and dining space is made for easy holiday living. Large doors open onto a north facing covered alfresco area, ideal for long BBQ lunches, lazy afternoon drinks and balmy evenings with friends. There’s air conditioning for summer comfort and a slow combustion fireplace to cosy up beside in the cooler months.

The oversized master bedroom features a walk-in robe and ensuite, while the second bedroom and main bathroom are perfect for family or friends.



Separate from the main house, a detached bedroom with its own couch and TV creates the ultimate teenagers’ retreat or second living zone giving everyone their own space to relax. Rinse off under the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, log into the WiFi if you need to (or don’t!), and bring your furry friend along, pets are welcome too. Easy, breezy and perfectly located — this is what coastal holidays are all about.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.

Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:

On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
