The first floor features a bright and airy living room with seating up to 12, dining area, and kitchen with Sonos speakers throughout - ideal for gathering with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare cozy meals at home, whether you're cooking together after the beach or hosting a relaxed night in. The dining room table comfortably accommodates 10-14 guests, making it perfect for group meals, celebrations, or evenings spent together. On cooler nights, unwind by the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy your favorite shows on the 75" Samsung TV with soundbar for an elevated, comfortable viewing experience.

The home allows guests to enjoy both privacy and comfort.
