Mayfair Suite is a new modern 2‑bedroom legal suite located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, 20 minutes from YYC Airport.
It features a king bed, queen bed, sofa bed, full kitchen, private entrance, Wi‑Fi, in‑suite laundry and street parking - perfect for families and professionals.
It is a 5‑minute walk to Chinook Winds Regional Park, and a 5-minute drive to Coopers Promenade with restaurants (McDonalds, DQ etc.), grocery stores (Save On Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart etc.) and wellness services.

The space
This private 2‑bedroom legal suite offers a king‑size bed, a queen‑size bed, and a sofa bed for added flexibility. It includes a dining that seats 2, as well as a dedicated reading workspace with an office chair and table. It features a full kitchen, full bathroom and an in-suite laundry washer and dryer.
The bedrooms include 4 pillows on each bed, duvet, blanket, bedside cabinets with side lamps (Master bedroom), mirror and closet with hangers.
There are 2 extra pillows for the sofa bed, located in the storage compartment of the sofa bed
The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, tissue rolls, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer.
The kitchen includes a coffee machine, storage cabinets, utensils, dishes, an electric stove, and a fridge/freezer. Guests have access to a Washer and Dryer in the suite just beside the base of the stairs. There is also an iron and ironing board in the Master bedroom.
The fire extinguisher is located in the cabinet under the kitchen sink.
This suite is fully private and not shared with anyone. It is a comfortable and convenient place to relax.

Guest access
Guests enjoy a private entrance with a smart lock, full access to the entire suite, and free use of the washer and dryer. Street parking is available.
