Bring the whole crew and settle into this spacious retreat designed for family getaways. Comfortably sleeping up to 8 (additional children on request), this tidy home offers generous living for everyone to relax.
Upstairs features 3 bedrooms, including a dedicated kids’ room with two singles. With a playroom, swing set, sandpit and baby-friendly touches available on request, it’s the perfect base for multi-family stays.
Walk to Kalori and the Boyne River, with the beach just 2 minutes away.
This tidy and spacious two-storey home offers a private, fully self-contained retreat ideal for families, larger groups or travelling professionals.
Inside you’ll find:
• Four comfortable bedrooms
• A fully equipped kitchen
• Formal dining for six plus additional café-style dining for four
• Relaxed living area with 50” TV and Fire TV Stick
• Air conditioning in main living areas and selected bedrooms (see photos)
• Two generous bathrooms
• Large covered deck with outdoor seating, dining and BBQ
• 3 minute drive to Bray Park - home of the Boyne Tannum Hook up Or enjoy the fireworks from the back deck
• Expansive fenced backyard with swing set and sandpit
The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults and 2 children (using a porta cot and existing bedding). If your group exceeds 8 guests, please contact us prior to booking.
* The property has 1M high fencing on one side. Not suitable for dogs that may jump.

The property is professionally serviced at the end of each stay. Starter toiletries, fruit, milk and basic pantry items are provided upon arrival.
Security
For the safety of all guests, the property includes a key lock entry system and a video doorbell positioned at the entrance. External security cameras monitor entry points only and do not record inside the home.
You will have access to the entire property with the exception of a locked linen cupboard (for housekeeping only), and a locked room on the ground floor level. There is shed in the backyard that will also remain locked during stays, however there is a large 2 vehicle garage which can be used for storage if required.
