The private ensuite includes a soaking bathtub beside natural light and a full makeup vanity with large mirror, creating a calm space for slow mornings, special occasions, or meaningful celebrations.

Two light-filled rooms with gentle greenery and distant hill views, offering restful privacy and soft natural tones for deep, uninterrupted sleep.



Family-Friendly Spaces:

A children’s bunk room with toys creates a warm little world for younger guests, while the downstairs double bedroom with baby cot makes travelling with infants easy and comfortable.

Peacefully positioned in the heart of Mount Dandenong,

just a short drive to Sassafras and Olinda,

with cafés, shops, and walking trails nearby—

balancing true seclusion with easy convenience.



Guest Access:

🚗 Please park only in our parking space. Do not park in common areas, between the properties, or in neighbor's spaces.



⚠️ Steep driveway — please drive carefully. Pull in head-first (not reversing) as shown in the photo. When exiting, reverse slightly toward the neighbor's side, then drive forward up.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood, and we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum at all times.



Other Things to Note:

Walking through the woods on our property involves a steep descent, making the terrain quite challenging. We advise against crossing or playing in these sloped forested areas.



In the heart of the forest, especially during spring and summer, insect repellents become essential – it's part of the natural experience!



Friendly reminder that this house runs on septic. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Thank you :)



We ensure the decking is thoroughly cleaned after each guest's departure. However, as our home is nestled in the forest, leaves may naturally fall onto the deck. For your convenience, efficient brooms are available if you prefer to sweep away any leaves before enjoying this beautiful outdoor space. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.



The cleaning fee included in your stay covers all professional cleaning services, as well as linen and laundry expenses. Please note, this fee does not extend to extraordinary cleaning tasks such as BBQ/oven cleaning, washing dirty dishes, rearranging moved furniture, removing stains from furniture, bedding, rugs or carpets, or additional rubbish removal. Guests may incur additional charges for these extra cleaning services."
