Clean and Neat Condo

The condo was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped with nice utensils. The beds and linens were comfortable. The balcony had 2 rockers and a table for 4. The TV had Netflix, rocku, games, regular TV and more, which made for great entertainment. The balcony had a view of pool and lagoon and stayed shady and cool. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Good Experience

The rooms were clean and, while space was a little tight, it worked for our family of 5. Great location with the pool & hot tub right out back and the beach just across the street from us. Only complaint would be that the freezer had a strong fish odor to it when we got there, but we stuck a box of baking soda in there the 1st night and after that we didn’t really notice it. Otherwise we were pleased.

Love the location

This complex has the best of all the amenities. Beach across 2 lanes of traffic, dedicated walkway to beach. The beach does have a short beachfront, not an issue for us. Love the bays side, fishing, pickle ball. Would be nice if the pool was heated. That would be the only drawback of staying here when the weather is not as warm.

Not the cleanest and the beach is horrible here!

The pool is great, but that’s about it. Location isn’t great! The beach across the street is a joke. We had to drive to enjoy the beach. Bathroom in master was disgusting with hair everywhere. The main bathroom shower wouldn’t drain. It just felt dingy everywhere but the kitchen. The supplies were few and far between.

Okay place

Upon arrival it was easy to check in place is decent. When we walked into our room it just had a funny smell- it wasn’t potent, just odd. BRING YOUR OWN BLANKET- the sofa bed is not provided with one. There also are no wine glasses, champagne glasses, etc- mainly just coffee mugs. We felt comfortable staying here cleanliness wise; beds and bathrooms seemed clean. Room is very outdated, needs a serious remodel. Walls were scuffed and torn up and don’t even look like walls. Staff is super friendly loved the front desk ladies! Hot tub is nasty! You definitely pay for what you get here, room is cheaper but I would’ve paid a lot more for a nicer room! All in all i would stay here again if I HAD to but probably wouldn’t pay to stay again.

Property decent/Vacasa management team is terrible

Broken chair with only 3 spots to sit and four of us. Chair not only dangerous but made it difficult for our family of 4 to sit together in the living room. And was also dangerous to keep in the living room with my two young kids. I had to constantly remind my kids that they could not sit in the broken chair for fear of them getting injured. No offer to exchange the chair, was just told to not use it. So we had to turn it backwards against the wall so that it would be less likely to be used, but then we didn’t have enough seats for our family to sit together in the living room. Thankfully we had a very kind property manager to relay thisWebsites states free WiFi, but really it’s only if your device can pick up the general facility’s WiFi, there is actually not WiFi for this unit, despite what it says and was confirmed by calling Vacasa who told me to go to the common area downstairs by registration to pick up the WiFi.Communication was very poor from Vacasa about when we would get our welcome information and directions and it was changed numerous times at first stating that it would be 7 days before check in date, then 1 day before, then the day of and we still didn’t have it at check in time, 4pm on day of check in.Then when I called, i was told that I just didn’t get the email because I didn’t check my junk or my email must have been full.I will never use Vacasa to rent again. And likely won’t rent this unit or any other unit managed by Vacasa again because of it.

Wonderful place

There were nice amenities here, you could tell the place was a little dated but they had tried to remodel somewhat. There was a bit of a fruit fly problem, they kept appearing everywhere. The beach access was across the street, which was nice. The beach was only about 20 feet from the dunes so everyone was just lined up down the beach, making it difficult for anyone to have enough space. Overall, it was not a horrible stay, but probably wouldn’t stay again.

I love this property, the close beach access is very convenient and it’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main touristy area. Just as a heads up for those (like me) that haven’t visited since pre covid the beach is disappearing in this area. My breath was taken away at the difference since the last time I stayed, I think they’re trying to fix it. The middle elevator is down so you will have to use one of the side ones Now to this particular condo. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the condo could use just a little tlc This is my first time renting from a agency such as vacasa and not directly booking w/ owner through VRBO. The condo was as listed, Having 2 bathrooms made life a lot easier. However a few observations, there was mildew on the private bathroom ceiling, the condo would benefit from a dehumidifier. The condo was filled with knats which we had to fight away from our food all week. The circle chair had to be covered with sheets due to the fact it looked dingy and the pillows had a odor & in turn my kids wouldn’t sit on it, chair could use a shampoo. The drapes had some hooks that had fell off, so to get the patio window shut all the way I had to climb up and reattach the hooks. The kitchen is nice and updated, has plenty of utensils, pots pans and dishes. The washer and dryer worked well and is always a plus. The view from patio is directly down to the pool and the front door you can see across to beach access.
