2 bed & 1 bath Garden level suite

-1 minute walk to the nearest bus stops (according to Google Maps).
-5 minutes drive to the nearest mall (Royal City Centre with a Walmart, Dollarama, Save-On Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart, and more).

It is a 4 guest maximum and depends on who you are travelling with.

Wipe shoes, footwear, on the outside doormat before entering the suite.

No shoes, footwear, throughout the inside: take them off after entering the suite and are ok being on the entrance foyer doormat or keeping them outside.

The double bed can accommodate 2 kids if the little ones are comfortable sleeping in the same bed.

Metro Vancouver is going green and Earth friendly, this means:
-food scraps goes into paper compostable bags.
-glass is separated for recycling.
-paper and plastic can be together that will go into the blue lid recycling bin outside.
-STORES and Restaurants charge for bags and takeout containers. Highly advise to bring a bag or two with you whenever going out.

We try to go an extra step with recycling. Please keep all clean flexible wrap plastics together so it can be recycled. The plastic wraps will be recycled at a zero-waste return-it depot.

The house has been fully renovated and was originally built in the 1940's so you will hear movement from people living upstairs.
