House Guidelines for a Comfortable Stay
To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following:
• This is a smoke-free and vape-free home to maintain a fresh, clean environment
• The property is designed for peaceful enjoyment — parties and events are not permitted
• While we love animals, we’re unable to accommodate pets at this time
• Guests are expected to follow all local laws and community standards
• Parking is reserved for standard personal vehicles only (no boats, RVs, trailers, or commercial vehicles)
• The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years of age

Minor children are permitted on reservations for stays of up to 30 days.

Mail & Deliveries
For privacy and security, mailbox access is not provided. If you require mail service during your stay, convenient PO Box rental options are available nearby.

Village IDs are not required for renters to occupy the home. However, if you wish to access the amenities available to both renters and owners, you will need to obtain a Villages Identification Card.
The cost is $50, which includes two IDs. Please be sure to select the appropriate option on your Vacation Rental Agreement. We will complete and submit the application on your behalf so The Villages can process the IDs in advance of your arrival.
Approximately one week prior to arrival, you will receive an email from us confirming that your IDs are ready and providing instructions on where to pick them up on your arrival day.
