The apartment features two living areas, two bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, full kitchen, full laundry, upper balcony, large swimming pool and shared grounds plus a single lock up garage (suitable for small cars only)

There is also the option to have the bed in the lower second bedroom, made up as two king singles or one king size bed - please advise what you require when booking.

Upstairs to the open plan living, dining and kitchen with a breezy balcony with a pleasant outlook over the pool and grassed areas. The living room features a comfortable chaise lounge and a large Smart TV. There is a six seater dining setting to bring the family together at meal time.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, full size fridge, oven and stove top, microwave and other kitchen equipment.
The upper balcony is a beautiful spot to sit, complete with sun lounges, outdoor dining setting and a Webber Gas BBQ.

The master bedroom is also on the upper level also with an en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan and built in wardrobes with plenty of storage space and featuring a very comfortable king size bed.
