A fresh and contemporary resort townhome in the upscale gated community of The Fountains at Champions Gate. The luxury accommodation is spread across two floors and overlooks conservation area. A short walk down the street is the resort clubhouse and first-rate amenities.
The spacious downstairs living area is open plan and includes a bright living room, elegant dining area and high-end kitchen. You will have everything you need to cater for your family, plenty of cooking space plus stainless steel appliances. Across the stone countertops, there is a breakfast bar for quick bites. Or enjoy a family meal at the dining table, overlooking the outdoor courtyard enjoying the Florida sunshine. The living room has a very comfortable sectional sofa, perfect for relaxing and watching the large screen TV. There is a half-bath also downstairs.
The master suite has a kingsize bed, large closet, and ensuite with double sinks and bathtub. There is a sophisticated queen room, and a further twin room, which share a bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans.
High Speed internet, cable TV included. Washing and dryer available for guest use as well as garage space.
