Private and quiet 2br apartment cottage, located in the heart of Cleburne, minutes away from multiple grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, churches, train station, just blocks away from DT Cleburne, and easy access to Chisolm Trail Pkwy. 10 minutes from Lake Pat Cleburne, Cleburne golf course and Cleburne Regional Airport, 20 minutes from Cleburne State Park and 30 minutes from Dinosaur Valley State Park.property does have a step up bathroom. If you have mobility issues , this may not work for you.

Cute and comfortable

We enjoyed the local food recommendations, and the property is located closely enough to majors thoroughfares to allow for travel to towns and lakes, as well as the metroplex.

Very quite. Back yard was a great place for morning coffee. Bed very comfy. Coffee pots ready with p

We really enjoyed our visit. Roomy enough. Large bed room in master and others bed room was perfect. Bath room was well stocked. Great suggestions on restaurants, R and K Cafe in Grandview is spot on. Lots of blankets because of the cold front that came through. Quite and peaceful neighborhood.

Quaint and quiet!

This property was absolutely perfect for my fiancé and I. Our dog loved it as well! Luiz was always available and willing to come at a moments notice! We would definitely come back and stay again!

Won't stay here again.

To begin: Initial reservation made in May 2021 for exact dates was declined ($xx/night)??? then property was amazingly available again with a $50 price increase ($xxx/night)! PARKING is NOT easy and street parking is questionable (mailboxes, utility pole , private driveways-may be illegal to park in front of house depending on time of day/night). Inside cottage is roomy and tidy but smelled of bug spray, cigarettes, and air freshener - opening the windows helped remedy this - but this should have been done prior to my arrival. Listed as Non-smoking property but there were ash trays on both bed side tables and cigarette burns on the bathroom sink!?... The uneven floor throughout the cottage could pose a danger to someone with ambulation issues. Host was VERY quick with responses! I will not request this property again, but enjoyed Cleburne as it is my hometown so will be back.

We are sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay at the Cottage. We will continue to try and do everything we can to provide our guests a safe, pleasant and comfortable stay, most do, but when we fail to meet someone’s expectations we try to learn from it. Just a few comments, the property is non-smoking and there are no ashtrays inside, those are coasters. Parking is a little tight but I have no problem parking a 1/2 ton truck in front of the Cottage, and there is absolutely no obstructions for street parking and it is safe, light polls and mailboxes exist on just about every residential street, and they are placed on the sidewalk or yard, not sure why those were mentioned. The kitchen area does have a portion of the floor that’s uneven, but I can’t imagine it being “dangerous” even to someone with mobility issues. And finally there was no change in the price, you may want to go back and review your original request (the one that was declined) and you will see that the dates were for a longer stay (the cottage was not available for the last night of that request). After you shortened your stay on a new request we were able to accept it, but that obviously caused a difference in price, which is automatically calculated by the VRBO system and not arbitrarily changed by us.
