Conveniently located with a short walk to the main street cafes and shops, and an easy walk to the north-facing front beach.

This spacious, modern 5-bedroom home delivers plenty of room and comfort for groups or families, featuring contemporary design, high-quality amenities, and thoughtful touches throughout, your ideal spot for a coastal getaway.

Downstairs features an open-plan living area that opens out to a tiled alfresco space with an outdoor BBQ and seating. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher, plus a large walk-in pantry for extra storage. The dining area is next to the kitchen and connects to the alfresco via sliding doors.

On the ground level, there’s a master bedroom with its own en suite bathroom, handy if anyone prefers single-level access or a quieter spot separate from the rest of the group.

Upstairs, you’ll find another master bedroom with en suite, a bedroom with a tri-bunk, plus two more bedrooms each with bunk beds and a trundle. There’s a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower, and a separate toilet. The rumpus room opens onto a balcony with partial sea views.

The house has ducted heating and evaporative cooling, plus a split-system air conditioner in the main living area. Furnishings are good quality throughout, with Wi-Fi and large-screen TVs in the living spaces.

GUEST GUIDELINES, CODE OF CONDUCT & INFORMATION

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents).

STRICTLY NO HENS OR BUCKS NIGHTS PERMITTED.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond.

Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am.

At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing etc.

Excess vehicles are not permitted, general ratio is one car per every two people maximum. Boats, jetski's, caravans may be permitted but must be mentioned at the time of confirmation.

Please - STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE.

PETS: One medium sized dog is permitted but must be mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given.

* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.

* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.

We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.

Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am.

HomeAway/Stayz online bookings will charge a SERVICE FEE. This fee is not paid to us as the owners and is a charge made independently by the HomeAway/Stayz online payment booking system.

The "Taxes" charge is the new Victorian Government 7.5% levy on short term accommodation in Victoria. This tax is collected by HomeAway/Stayz and is remitted to the Victorian State Revenue office by HomeAway/Stayz.
