With a full oven, stovetop, generous bench space and dishwasher, cooking is effortless, or optional.

The living area flows straight out to the front entertaining space, where comfortable seating is tucked behind lush plant screening, giving you privacy while you relax with a book, share a drink, or plan tomorrow’s trip.



Upstairs, all three bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Ceiling fans keep things cool on warm nights, full linen is supplied, and each room has ample hanging space so you can truly unpack and settle in. The master bedroom features a luxurious queen-size bed, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds — perfect for families or friends. An upstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin sink makes mornings smoother for everyone. Downstairs, a bathroom, separate toilet, and fully equipped laundry keep everything practical and convenient.

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's

* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
