Conveniently located in the Queenstown Hill area, the home is just a six-minute drive from Queenstown center. The Remarkables ski area is approximately a 40-minute drive away, and public transportation is easily accessible with the Blue Peaks bus stop only a ten-minute walk from the property.



Home Layout

This spacious residence offers five bedrooms and five bathrooms to accommodate guests comfortably.



• Top Level: Self-contained penthouse apartment featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private entrance, and an internal door connecting to the main home.

• Level 3 (Driveway Level): Large bedroom with a separate bathroom and entry foyer.

• Stairwells: One stairwell leads to the penthouse apartment on the top floor, while the other provides access to the main living area below.

• Level 2: Main living area, kitchen, dining space, and a cozy snug. This level opens onto an expansive outdoor deck with ample seating, dining options, and a spa for up to five people.

• Level 1 (Ground Floor): Two master bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, along with a private deck and laundry facilities.



A Touch of Luxury

Premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash paired with moisturizer from the beautiful local company, Ashley & Co., are provided for your comfort.



Bedding Configuration

Upon arrival, each bedroom is prepared with a King Size Bed, which can be converted into two single beds upon request. If you wish to change the standard bed configuration, please notify us at least three days before your arrival. Requests to alter the setup after arrival will incur a $100 fee per bed to cover the cost of our external cleaners, who will arrange the beds and provide fresh linen.



Baby Accessories

For families traveling with young children, a portacot and high chair are available upon request. Please inform us at least three days prior to your arrival if you require these items.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy private access to the entire five-bedroom home, with no shared facilities, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive experience.
