Brand new large luxury 3 bedroom waterfront apartment with uninterrupted bay and marina views located on level 3 of the boutique Kailani apartments with secure lift access. Sleeps up to 8 with designer interiors and amenities, plush bedding, fully airconditioned, fast NBN and 2 secure car spaces. Featuring open plan living that flows to a private balcony with BBQ, it also has a second living area with sofa bed. Just minutes walk to cafés, beaches and the adjacent marina.
This beautifully designed apartment is arranged on a single level, offering easy, comfortable living for families and groups of all ages.
The heart of the home is the expansive open plan living, dining and kitchen area, which opens directly to the balcony with spectacular views across Batemans Bay and the Marina. This light filled space includes a large dining table seating up to eight guests, comfortable lounges, and a 65 inch smart TV for relaxed evenings together.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and all the amenities needed for everything from casual breakfasts to shared family meals. Fast fibre-to-the-premises NBN WiFi is available throughout the apartment, ideal for streaming, remote work or staying connected.
Large sliding doors lead to the private waterfront balcony, furnished with outdoor seating and a BBQ - the perfect spot for sunset drinks, alfresco dining, or simply enjoying the ever changing coastal views.
The apartment features three generous bedrooms, thoughtfully positioned to maximise privacy and comfort.
Master Bed:
The master bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite bathroom and builtin robes.
Bed 2:
Bedroom is configured by default as a king bed, but it can be configured as two long single beds suitable for children or adults. Note - you must specifically request the configuration as two singles at the time of booking in order to allow us time to get this prepared for you.
Bed 3:
Bedroom three includes a queen bed with built-in robes, providing flexible accommodation for a range of guest needs.
A standout feature of this apartment is the second living area, located between the bedrooms and overlooking a private internal garden. This relaxed space includes a double sofa bed and is perfect as a kids’ retreat, quiet reading nook, or an additional space to unwind away from the main living zone.
Note: if you wish to make use of the sofa bed, you must specify this in your booking request as it requires additional linen which we will leave on the sofa for you to make up as required.
The apartment also includes internal laundry facilities and generous storage, making it a practical and comfortable choice for both short and extended stays.
