Welcome to our recently built luxury log home, situated in Central Frontenac, 3 hours east of Toronto and 2 hours west of Ottawa. This waterfront home sits on 6 forested acres with 400 feet of shoreline. There is plenty of space for your family and friends, with 5 bedrooms (all with lake views!), 4 1/2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 14. Fully equipped with amenities inside and out, come unwind in nature and enjoy our unique getaway. Well behaved dogs are always welcome! We look forward to hosting you.

INSIDE:

The log home has been crafted from Western Cedar logs, Scandinavian scribed, and designed to blend into the natural landscape. All interior furnishings and decor have been meticulously sourced from around the world or made in Canada.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
• Main floor - Bedroom 1 - Bear Room - King bed with ensuite
• Upstairs - Bedroom 2 - Wolf Room - King bed with ensuite
• Upstairs - Bedroom 3 - Moose Room - two Queen beds with ensuite
• Lower level - Bedroom 4 - Loon Room - Queen bed
• Lower lever - Bedroom 5 - Chipmunk Room - two bunk beds
• Lower level - full bathroom with tub
• Linens and towels are provided

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate large groups, with a 48” professional gas range with double oven, and a large pantry in the lower level with 2 additional fridges! All the cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and flatware you may need is provided. The coffee station has something for everyone, with a Jura espresso maker, Nespresso and drip coffee machine. The kitchen is also equipped with a beverage fridge, dishwasher, and many small appliances including a kettle, blender, toaster, and mixer.

SOCIAL
There are plenty of social spaces to spread out, relax and have fun! The large live edge dining table has seating for 14 to accommodate your entire group! On the main level, enjoy the wood burning fireplace from the reclining sectional in the living room, or sneak away to the reading room with beautiful lake views. Upstairs, the loft includes a large sectional and smart TV, as well as a workstation. Downstairs, the rec room has entertainment galore, with a poker table, foosball, ping pong, karaoke, many games and books, as well as an additional smart TV and large sectional.

EXTRAS
For your convenience, there is high speed Starlink internet, air conditioning, a dog shower, and a laundry room is also available for your use. The home has a drilled well with both a sand filter and UV filter for peace of mind.

OUTSIDE:

DECK
Enjoy the sun and beautiful lake views on the expansive deck which has a dedicated BBQ area equipped with a Weber BBQ. Additional shaded seating is located off the lower level.

DOCK & LAKE
The large shoreline is gently sloping, with easy water access. The large 20’x12’ dock also has a ladder for swimming access. The home is located on a quiet bay within a large interconnected lake system, perfect for canoeing, kayaking, wildlife spotting, fishing, and exploring. Two canoes, two kayaks, two SUPs are available for your use.

FIREPIT
The lakeside firepit has plenty of seating, including a picnic table. Firewood is provided! After some s’mores, enjoy sunset views off the dock and the breathtaking stargazing.
