Welcome to Sounds Good to Me, your perfect Outer Banks retreat in the charming Monterey Shores community! This spacious multi-level home offers comfort, convenience, and plenty of room for family and friends to relax and enjoy the beauty of the sound and nearby beaches.

On the ground level, you’ll find a second full-size refrigerator for extra storage, perfect for beverages and groceries. This level includes an ensuite pyramid bunk room with a sleep sofa (queen). Step outside under the covered deck to fire up the gas grill and enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The garage offers extra space for guest use, and there’s an exterior closet for storing beach gear. Parking accommodates 4–5 vehicles in the driveway. From here, take the private boardwalk to the sound for quiet mornings or stunning twilight views.

The middle level features three inviting bedrooms. One queen bedroom, one bedroom with two twins and the third is a queen ensuite with its own bath and shower. Enjoy the screened porch on this level, complete with an outdoor table and a cozy couch for lounging on the south side of the house. The laundry area is also conveniently located here.

On the top level, gather in the open-concept great room, where plenty of comfortable seating surrounds a large flat-screen TV. The dining area seats five, with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a coffee pod maker, and ample space for preparing family meals.
This level also includes a queen ensuite bedroom with deck access. A half bath is located nearby for added convenience.

As a guest of Monterey Shores, you’ll enjoy access to fantastic community amenities, including two soundfront piers, a boat ramp, tennis and basketball courts, a fitness center, and a playground. Kayaking, fishing, and crabbing are popular activities, and the neighborhood’s scenic paths are perfect for biking or strolling.
