It is also moments from the world famous Melshell Oyster Shack at Moulting Lagoon. Dolphin Sands is an extremely peaceful, very special slice of nature and plays host to beautiful birds and other beachside wildlife.



Step inside to discover a sunroom that looks out across the rolling dunes to the distant mountains, a perfect spot to curl up with a book, enjoy a cup of coffee, or simply take in the serene scenery.



The interior is designed to reflect relaxed beach shack vibes, with thoughtful décor, comfortable furnishings, and little touches throughout that make you feel right at home.



There is so much more to do nearby - visit the incredible Freycinet National Park and Wineglass Bay; tour the many local vineyards; eat at some wonderful restaurants; fish, swim, walk; or simply relax amongst the beauty of Tasmania's east coast gem. Driftwood Cottage is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and cookware. The home also includes modern amenities such as a Smart TV, sound system, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, radiant and split system heating, and a wood heater for cosy winter nights. There’s also a washing machine, clothing storage, an iron, and a drying rack for convenience.



Outdoors is a full-sized dining table and chairs, and a rear deck creates a peaceful space to sit and relax with a drink and watch the light change across the landscape.



The cute town of Swansea is just ten minutes’ drive away and has cafes, restaurants, shops (including an IGA supermarket), a golf course, pub, bakery, service station and more.
