• Sofa Bed – Converts into a queen bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 6 guests

• Foldable Bed (Optional) – Available for guests who prefer separate sleeping arrangements

• Study Desk – A dedicated desk area ideal for Study/ work or laptop use.



💡 Note on Bedding & Fees

For standard stays using only the master bedroom (queen bed) and Second Bedroom (two Single beds), no extra charges apply. However, if the sofa bed or the Foldable Bed are used (even when only two guests are staying), an additional $35 fee will be charged to cover the cost of extra bed linens.



👶 Families with Infants

A baby crib (portable cot) is available upon request for an additional $35 per stay. Please let us know in advance so we can have it prepared for your arrival.



A high chair is also available free of charge, but it must be requested in advance as we don’t keep all high chairs stored in the apartments due to limited space.

📅 Same-Day Bookings



In order to make arrangements for housekeeping and check-in requirements, we require a booking lead time of at least one day. Hence, we cannot assure a 3pm check-in time for last-minute bookings, particularly when there is a departing guest. Guests who have made advance reservations and need to be checked-in are given priority over last-minute bookings.



⏰ Early Check-in Requests



It's highly recommended to plan for a 3pm check-in time. Once your place is prepared, we will inform you accordingly. In case you require earlier access, you may consider booking the night before, subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that unlike hotels, we do not have alternate rooms to offer. Hence, if a guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, the housekeeping team requires sufficient time to prepare the place, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.



⌛ Late Check-out Requests



Depending on our bookings and housekeeping schedules, it might be possible to arrange a later check-out time. Kindly get in touch with us after 8 pm on the day prior to your departure to verify if this can be arranged. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if you need to check out after 12 pm, an extra night's fee will be levied and must be paid via the Airbnb Resolution Centre. This payment should be made the night before check-out; otherwise, housekeeping will be scheduled for the regular check-out time of 10 am.
