At the centre of the villa is a private mineral pool, spa, BBQ area, and secluded courtyard surrounded by leafy bushland, creating a tranquil resort-style atmosphere just moments from the heart of Byron Bay.

Inside, the bright open-plan living area flows seamlessly outdoors through large sliding doors, making it easy to relax between indoor comfort and outdoor entertaining. The villa includes WiFi, a smart TV with Netflix and Apple TV, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for easy holiday dining.

Each king bedroom offers its own private ensuite, balcony or courtyard access, air conditioning, walk-in robe, and peaceful garden outlooks. In keeping with the villa’s unique indoor–outdoor design, the toilet areas are separately positioned and accessed via a short covered outdoor walkway from each ensuite bathroom.
