Local swimming and famous mineral water collection spot is within 10 minutes for a dip in nature to cool down on hot days.
Light filled open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. There are two comfortably sized bedrooms which receive morning sun. Configuration options include either a king bed in bedroom 1 and double bed in bedroom 2 or two single beds in bedroom 1 and double bed in bedroom 2. Advance notice needed to configure to king. A double fold out bed is also available in the lounge area.
Additionally there is a powered caravan available which has a double bed and couch which can be converted to a small single for a young child for an extra fee. The caravan has a lovely outlook close to the quiet road and has a kitchenette. Access is needed to the house for bathroom facilities.
The property is set on 3/4 of an acre and has a very spacious feel with native gardens, veggie gardens and fruit trees.
