beautiful, gated community is located across 2 streets from the ocean. 2445

Ocean Keyes has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is located on the 4th/top floor of

an elevator building, has a great view over looking beautiful lakes with

fountains, is very tastefully decorated, and has a fully equipped kitchen,

dishwasher, washer & dryer. Kuerig and drip coffee maker. The property

features 6 swimming pool courtyards, baby pools, whirlpools, game room and

fitness center. It's close to Main Street as well as Hwy 17. Public beach

accesses and parking are every few blocks in this section of North Myrtle

Beach. It's an easy walk to the beach. TV'S in master bedroom, main living

area and second bedroom . Blue ray player. We rent strictly to families and

mature persons over the age of 25. Property Manager, Inc cannot rent to

teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone.

House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a

property, they will be denied entrance or evicted, with no refund. Properties

are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Saturday

to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only. Trip Insurance available for additional

fee. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of entrance door.
