Escape to Thule Country Estate, a spectacular private holiday rental set on 36 acres of breathtaking countryside in one of Mount Macedon’s most sought-after locations. Blending refined comfort with authentic rural charm, this expansive estate is ideal for families, groups, and special getaways seeking space, privacy, and unforgettable surroundings.
The Home
The estate features six beautifully appointed bedrooms (sleeps 12 guests), including a stunning open loft master bedroom upstairs that overlooks the property and surrounding landscape (with king bed). Plus, four spacious queen bedrooms, and a premium double sofa bed in the sixth bedroom.
Generous living areas invite relaxation, with space for everyone to gather or unwind in comfort. Cook up a storm in the huge kitchen, with modern appliances, and the essential coffee machine.

Enjoy an exceptional range of on-site facilities rarely found in a country escape:
• Swimming pool - solar heated in the warmer months, ie. from November to March (pool not available in cooler months)
• Tennis court and Basketball court, with all equipment supplied

• Lake on site for fishing or a picnic by the water

Booking Details
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am.
• Minimum 2-nights. Long weekends, public holidays, and peak periods minimum 3-nights.
• Rate is for up to 12 guests (6 bedrooms).
• Children must be supervised at all times, due to hazards such as the pool, lake, wildlife and farm animals around the property (electric fences on farm paddocks).
• House trained and well-behaved pets allowed by prior arrangement ($25 per pet, max 2 pets). No heavy shedding breeds. The property is not fully fenced so may not suit all dogs.
• Pool is solar heated, and is not heated in cooler months.
• No parties, 18th, 21st, hens, bucks, or other all-male groups.
• Three exterior security cameras on property, covering the entrances on both sides of the property, as well as the workshop shed.
*Tax applied to the booking is the Victorian state government’s Short Stay Levy, charged on Holiday Rental properties.
Children must be supervised at all times, due to hazards such as the pool, lake, wildlife, farm animals, and electric fences. As such this property may not suit all families.
Leave the property clean on departure, close to the way you found it as is standard with most holiday rentals (dishes, benches, rubbish, etc).
Please respect neighbours - no parties, no music outside, no additional sound equipment (DJ, PA etc), no noise after 10pm.
Complaint calls from neighbours incurs fees and may result in eviction. After hours call outs due to avoidable incidents caused by guests incur fees.
