Welcome! This home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Penthouse and a one of a kind space in the perfect central downtown location! With 9 ft. windows across the entire apartment get beautiful views of the city, the mountains and the ocean. Meticulously renovated and styled with high end furnishing step into your home away from home! Big Perks: Massive chefs kitchen, 3 full bedrooms, black out blinds, AC, and more!!
The Space:
Welcome to this incredible, one of a kind space! I am thrilled to welcome you to my home for your next Vancouver visit!
This 1300 sq ft. Penthouse is 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom and fully equipped for high end stays. Renovated to include stylish space with European oak floors, open concept living, all new Bosch appliances, Smart TVs, high end furniture and some of the most comfortable beds ever!
The best part? The location and the view! Look out any of your many large windows to see the best of Vancouver, including city, mountain and water. Located at Burrard and Nelson, the apartment is in the center of the city with quick access to all you could need. Neighbouring the Sheraton Wall Center, the Sutton Hotel, St. Paul's Hospital, and much more. This is real luxury Vancouver living.

Important to note: This is my home! I rent it out when not in Vancouver so you will see some personal items throughout the apartment but I keep it as minimal as possible and there will be plenty of space for your belongings in the closets/drawers!

The whole apartment is yours minus closet space that is market private :)
Other things to note:
- This is not a party space or a space for party goers please & thank you! I’ve spent a year renovating to make this my dream home and am excited to share this space! I kindly ask if your intention is to host parties , gatherings, or late night events please don’t book here. Zero tolerance out of respect to my neighbours :).
- My neighbours are awesome and I ask any guests to fully respect them and their privacy.
- Maximum 6 guests - this is a hard rule of the building and city occupancy rules.
- Please note we are no pets, not even visiting pets. The whole building is no pets and strict about this rule!
- Sorry, the building does not have parking! You will rarely need to use a car as the location is so awesome so if you can come without, I suggest it! If you have a car let me know and I can suggest some option in the area for pay parking lots for $30-40 per day! If I have my car with me during your travels, I have a spot that I rent across the street that I can lend. Its a 3 minute walk and it locks off from 11:30 pm - 6:30am. Street parking is free from 10pm - 7/9am - check signs anywhere you park, of course!
-This is my home so you will see personal belongings! You are welcome to use anything in fridge/pantry!
