For extended stays, cleaning services will be customised to ensure our team can periodically maintain, clean, and inspect the apartment, keeping it in excellent condition throughout your visit.
By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with all house rules outlined below. Any violations may result in additional fees, cancellation, or immediate termination of your reservation.

Parties, events, and loud music are not allowed under any circumstances. Violations may lead to penalties and immediate removal from the property without refund.
Pets are only permitted if explicitly approved in writing prior to your stay. Unauthorized pets will incur additional cleaning fees and penalties.
Please help us maintain a clean environment. Although professional cleaning is included after each stay, excessive mess or failure to keep reasonable cleanliness may result in extra cleaning charges.
Lost keys will incur a minimum $300 replacement fee to cover locksmith and lock replacement costs if necessary.
Early check-in and late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to host approval and availability. Additional fees may apply.
We offer 24/7 flexible check-in and check-out for your convenience.
Any damage or breakages during your stay will be assessed, and costs for repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.
