The generous open-plan living and dining space is perfect for relaxing, entertaining (smart TV, Netflix), or working from home, offering comfort and flexibility throughout your stay.

The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with Induction cooking and ample cupboard space. You’ll find cooking pots, plates, cutlery, crockery, wine glasses, mugs, drinking glasses, salad bowl, utensils, kettle, toaster, rice-cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher for easy, everyday living.


🛏 Sleeping Area

The sleeping area is thoughtfully separated with frosted glass doors, providing privacy while still maintaining the open, spacious feel of the apartment.


🚿 Bathroom & Laundry

The modern bathroom features a luxurious shower, toilet, vanity, and hairdryer. A European-style internal laundry includes a washing machine and a separate dryer for added convenience and an iron.


🌇 Rooftop Terrace (Shared)

Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared rooftop terrace daily between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm. This open-air space feels like an oversized balcony and is perfect for relaxing, unwinding, or taking in the city views.

The rooftop door is automatically unlocked from 7:00 am and locks at 10:00 pm each evening.

A lovely spot to enjoy fresh air and skyline views during your stay.

📍The apartment is located in the exquisite Art Deco “Sandringham”, a secure building with lift access in a quaint lift reflecting the original design. It is on the quiet, tree-lined Springfield Street, only minutes from Potts Point`s busy cafés, restaurants, and the ever-popular Harris Farm Markets. This extremely desirable location provides the ideal balance of peacefulness and city living. The Kings Cross railway station is only minutes from “Sandringham”.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared rooftop terrace daily between 7:00am and 10:00pm. This open-air space feels like an oversized balcony and is perfect for relaxing, unwinding, or taking in the city views.

Accessing the rooftop:
Exit the Unit, turn right, and take the stairs located opposite the lift. Follow the stairs to the top level, then turn left to reach the rooftop entrance.

The rooftop door is automatically unlocked from 7:00 am and locks at 10:00 pm each evening.
