- Please do not book if you are a hens, bucks, school leavers group or a party of any kind. These types of bookings will be cancelled.
- This property is not pet friendly.
- From February 2026 onwards linen and towels are included, but please be sure to pack your own beach towels.
- No Garage access.
- Guests are responsible for bringing their own firewood, kindling and fire starters should they wish to use the wood fireplace.
