This modern 2 bedroom cozy house is a short walk away from the centre of Newtown, with access to all that the famous suburb has to offer. Best restaurants and bars, shops and markets, Newtown is a hub with plenty to see and do.

Situated between 3 train stations, including the new metro at Sydenham station only a 15 min walk away, and buses within metres of the front door. St Peters station 10 mins, Newtown Station 15 mins walk away, and Sydenham train and metro.

All supermarkets and convenient shops including multiple restaurants and take away shops are only 1 min walk away at 'Marrickville metro'. Enmore Park is only 5 mins walk away and has a swimming pool, gym and cafe and there is the famous Golden Barley family friendly pub across the road with countless others nearby.

Perfect for those flying in and out, Sydney airport is only a 10 min drive away, same for the CBD. Feel like the beach, the famous Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte, Clovelly, Coogee and Maroubra beaches are all approximately 20mins drive away.

The house itself: cosy and comfortable, in the living room there is a 3 seater leather couch, a single armchair with a 75 inch smart TV. A beautiful Italian made glass top, 4 seater dining table and a fully equiped kitchen with gas stove a dishwasher and oven.

Large bedroom, has a window overlooking the alley leading to the deck out back with full built ins with large mirror doors. Single armchair by the window for one to sit and have breakfast, read or work. Two bedside lamps beside a queen bed with 2 pillows and ceiling fan.

Second bedroom has a window over looking the street, large wooden tall boy and a hanger providing plenty of space for clothes. Ceiling fan and Two bedside lamps beside a double bed, pure cotton sheets, 2 pillows and a ceiling fan.

Wifi throughout and a stunning outdoor deck area with a couch, seating, large table and bbq. Everything is provided for an immediate and comfortable stay.

Growing up in Sydney I always came to Newtown with friends, for the shops, restaurants and culture. Now I live here with my wife and child and can't imagine living anywhere else!

We are both busy professionals working in Sydney, whilst our teenage child goes to school. We are often away visiting family or for work.

As a kid I used to come here with my friends, Newtown has so much to offer, with the surrounding suburbs equally as much.

You get pockets of extreme quiet and calm here despite being so close to the airport and CBD. There is always something to do, and no shortage of cafes and restaurants, strolling hits different here.

The moment you step into this house, you feel it's quiet and peace. The hallway leads to both bedrooms that offer ample living and luggage space and clothes amenities. With ceiling fans and windows with fly screens, keeping cool is taken care of.

A cute fully equipped kitchen that is open to the dining and living room, give a larger open and calm vibe, but the main show stopper is the deck out the back where we do absolutely everything.

The beautiful bi-fold glass doors open up completely, allowing the dinging room to flow outside to the back. We love having breakfast, out there, but also lunch, dinner, bbq's, naps, reading, writing, just about anything.

The surround trees always give both shade and sun options, and even when it's raining we love to watch from either inside or outside couches.

Being a minute away from a shopping centre, you have everything you need. Local cafe and pubs under a minute walk away and then of course there is Newtown and surrounds with everything they have to offer.

Walking distance to 3 different train stations as well as the new Metro line, with bus stops metres away from the front door.
