I was born and raised in Seoul, but I’ve had the wonderful experience of living in Texas for a few years and spending several years in the Middle East. Having traveled to and lived in many different parts of the world, I truly understand the heart of an international traveler. That’s why I take my role as a host very personally. After every professional cleaning, I personally inspect the property to ensure every amenity is in perfect working order. It is a relatively new building (completed within the last 5 years), but what truly sets it apart is the double-glazed windows. Many apartments in this area have single-pane windows, which can make Korean winters feel quite cold. Knowing this, I specifically selected this home to ensure my guests stay warm and cozy regardless of the season.
The location is also unbeatable. For expats visiting the G-Tower or Songdo Convensia, this is one of the very few properties that offers a spacious, family-friendly layout while remaining incredibly close to these business hubs. Plus, the high-floor views and convenient transportation made our time living here wonderful, and we wanted to share that experience with you.
