The rear outdoor area features a covered patio with lounge seating and charming festoon lighting. It has direct access to a fully enclosed solar-heated pool and shower, and is surrounded by lush greenery, making it ideal for relaxation, socialising, and enjoying warm days.
Upstairs, a bright and welcoming living area is ideal for unwinding, with plush seating and a TV. This space flows into the dining zone, where exposed timber beams and brick detailing add warmth and a subtle retro charm—ideal for shared meals and long conversations. The kitchen sits just beyond, functional and light-filled, with ample bench space, modern appliances, and leafy outlooks.
Upstairs sleeping areas provide calm, comfortable retreats. The primary bedroom is notably spacious, featuring a queen bed, leafy outlooks, and an additional sofa bed that can be prepared as extra sleeping space on request for an additional fee.
